Not really. We handle most everything for you. All you have to do is put the items ordered on your Mutual order and then remove them from the totes the next day and hand them to the customer. Online sales can save you time because you and your staff no longer have to answer calls about OTC products, their cost or availability.
myrxshop is the only e-commerce vendor focused solely on Mutual Drug pharmacies. We are the only solution that can update product quantities and exclude items from your online store that are not available to purchase. Other e-commerce options have no way to track Mutual's inventory which can lead to your customer purchasing items that are not in stock!

No. Joining myrxshop does not require a long term contract. If you are not satisfied with us you can cancel at any time. Just call us or send an email to us at info@myrxshop.com.
Unfortunately no. If you are interested in adding non-Mutual Drug inventory we can set you up with your own custom shop. Contact us at info@myrxshop for custom requests.
No you do not! The myrxshop website stands alone without the need for you to have your own website. That makes it easy to join and get started with myrxshop!
If you already have a website then just add a link to your myrxshop site and get started selling online today!
No. We excluded "case" items so you wouldn't have to order an entire case of an item when someone orders a smaller than case size quantity so you won't get stuck with the extra inventory. We also removed needles and PSE products. Almost all other items from Mutual Drug's catalog are included on myrxshop.
